• Job Details: Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures.  Adhere to the segment financial, business and project processes.  Address issues pertaining to project cost control procedures;  Coordinate development and implementation of project work breakdown structure (WBS) / cost breakdown structure (CBS) in concert with Project Lead and Project Planning/Scheduling Engineer.  Participate in the development of project execution plans.  Participate in the development of estimates and studies within a project stage and for sanction.  Coordinate and develop appropriate control budgets consistent with project estimate and WBS / CBS.  Implement and monitor costs within each project stage and for entire project

Senior Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including evaluation of monthly cost burn rate to assess project expenditures versus project Estimate at Completion (EAC). • Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress, etc. • Assess project cost performance trends Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project cost performance. • Coordinate and work with the project team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the task on time. • Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis. • Proficient in Earned Value Management. Assess impacts of change orders, workarounds and claims. • Provide cost control and planning advice to the project team as and when required. Document and report identified performance issues and potential cost overruns. • Review the cost system for the efficiency of collecting, analyzing, and reporting cost data, and provide recommendations and options for the improvement. • Support Risk Assessment

Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. • Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc • Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring. • Approving and monitoring the progress of the project against allocated manpower.. • Evaluating the shortage or surplus of direct and indirect manpower resources on the site. • Issuing weekly and monthly reports in order to prevent potential delay based on remaining activities and actual productivity rates. • Monitoring subcontractor efficiencies and giving the red alert to foresee potential stoppage and termination at earlier stages as well as updating cost and time to complete budget assumption for laborship. • Supporting site management while deciding required manpower and staff for remaining activities.
