• Job Details:Led national strategy formulation and implementation of Jordan's first digital inclusion policy (2024), promoting equitable digital access, cross-border financial transfers, blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and digital rights. Directed Jordan's inaugural blockchain strategy (2024), attracting foreign direct investment (50M JOD forecasted) and achieving an estimated annual governmental saving of 12M JOD. Managed the revision of 18 Jordanian laws, aligning national legal frameworks with international and regional best practices in e-commerce and digital trade. Chaired the Jordanian committee for introducing Jordan into WTO ITA2, specifically focusing on emerging technologies. Project-managed the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) General Assembly (2024) hosted in Jordan, overseeing all events, communication, and media campaigns. Initiated and developed Jordan’s PPP and cooperation unit in collaboration with GIZ, fostering sustainable economic development and employment. Negotiated and formalized eight international MOUs (Iraq, Egypt, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Palestine, UAE) enhancing cooperation in digital economy and international trade.
