• Job Details:Highlights: • Construction, Concrete repairing, and Waterproofing as sub-contractor for: - ➢ 1st project (National Guard family housing compound) at Thuwal, Jeddah, KSA. With AZMEEL CO. The project contains 500 villas, Application of waterproofing in wet areas and Roofs. ➢ 2nd project (Al-SHOUROQ) at King Abdullah economic city, Jeddah, KSA. With Al Gedrawy CO. The project contains 112 buildings, every building 4 floors, Application of waterproofing in wet areas and Roofs. ➢ 3rd project (Tala Garden Compound) at King Abdullah economic city, Jeddah, KSA. With AL-Arrab CO. The project contains 180 villas, Application of waterproofing in wet areas and Roofs. ➢ 4th project Underpass Proofex engage from FOSROC with CCECC, Jeddah, KSA. ➢ 5th project (waterproofing for roofs of 6 building) at PETRO RABIGH, Rabigh, KSA with ABC CO. Key Responsibilities: • Arrange more than 35 labors with the help of 2 foremen at the mentioned projects. • Ensure that all safety norms and quality measures are being followed. • Make sure that the project proceeds on time. Arrange for working overtime if the project is lagging behind. • Requesting the required material, machines. • Daily feeding in ABSAR CO. System. • Daily reports raised for project managers. • Achieving monthly target more than 500,000 R.S. • Meeting consultants, and achieving quality requirements. • The used materials are as followed EPDM, Durashield, Membrane, SIkA Products, Thoroseal, Heat insulation, Epoxy, PU flooring ....etc. •Management projects time schedules, costs & labors, using software programs. • Preparing project activities as per contract. • Preparing Labor Schedules, materials, and machines for each activity. • Following Sub-Contractors works and preparing invoices according to executed works.

• Job Details:Highlights: • Construction of two buildings, everyone with six floors. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the chief site engineers in overseeing the progress of the construction projects and guiding the project teams. • Observe the construction site and ensure that all safety norms and quality measures are being followed. • Make sure that the project proceeds on time. Arrange for working overtime if the project is lagging behind. • Survey the site and ensure that the land is leveled accurately and measured before placing the supporting rods. • Interpret the planned designs and blueprints to the workers and mark the actual location on site
