• Job Details:Ensure adherence to Legrand Way radar quotation requirements, including action plans, risk assessments, plant tours, safety visits, safety talks, subcontractor audits, near-miss reporting, H&S statistics, training, and H&S committee activities. Direct HSE staff to achieve objectives through performance management, motivation, and development, ensuring individual objectives and training plans were in place. Prepare and recommend HSE budgets for annual contracts, PPE, and external training. Monitor daily HSE operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct specialized and general HSE training programs to elevate company-wide HSE culture. Implement measures to reduce accident frequency rates. Collaborate with department heads to analyze hazards and incidents, develop emergency response plans, and conduct training. Prepare annual training plans for all H&S topics.

Health & Safety SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:I’m running two plants as H&S Senior Supervisor with 7 HSE Specialist Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures Provide support to the dept. on the implementation of Company HSE initiatives ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, etc Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company HSE program Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. carry out risk assessments, work permits (hot work permits – cold work permits, working at heights – confined space – high hazard entry – etc.) keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements record incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation and any developments that affect the employer's industry manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances

Occupational Health &Safety SpecialistFull Time
