• Job Details:- Follow up maintenance plans and schedules (Preventive & Corrective) for utilities (Boilers, HVAC, AHU, Chillers, Compressors, Pumps, Water Station, Forklifts, Firefighting) and infrastructure to ensure the best Utilization in the factory. - Boiler duties involve monitoring boiler feed water quality, Cooling tower tasks include supervising operation, treatment program, chemical consumption, and water analysis. - Follow up and coordinate installatio maintenance work instructions and schedulesamong utility staff. - Setting Departmental Objectives Manager KPIs dashboards and periodically analyze reports. - Hire, Coach, Develop, Empower and evaluate performance utility supervisor and technicians. - Monitor the factory's consumption of gas, water and electricity report required periodic reports and analysis. - Develop and continuously improve departmental SOPs for all processes. - Manager and monitor inventory purchasing cycle for spare parts, tools, and equipment. - Participate in GMP audits and address Corrective Action Preventive Action issues emanating from internal and regulated GMP inspections. - Issue work requests, work permits and Operate with SOPs and EHS. - Prepare daily maintenance reports as well as monthly activity reports. - Prepare procedures, risk assessment and participate in all phases of facilities modification. - Compliance with the rules of good manufacturing and quality system. - Inspect work of subordinates for accuracy and completeness. - Assisting the Maintenance Manger in supervising and following up on all work related to the maintenance department, studies, and carrying out the work assigned to my. - Participate in the meetings to which I'm invited, and express my opinion on the results and decisions.
