Job Details:• Ensures inspection is carried at different stages, incoming, in process and outgoing as per the required standards and oversees the issuance of reports communicating defect rate at each stage accordingly. • Investigates and takes corrective action if the preset quality standards at each stage are not met. • Establishes reports communicating quality standards violations and process • Updates quality guidelines in order to provide recommendations detailing areas of improving the quality of the product. • Confirm customer quality abnormalities, communicate with concerned departments to find root cause analysis, improvement. Follows‑up to ensure root cause problems are solved and not repeated in the company. • Ensures all manufacturing equipment & tools are in good condition and calibrated to ensure accuracy of testing

Job Details:• Define quality measures for all manufacturing procedures. • Monitor the entire production cycle and carry out regular tests to identify possible faults as early as possible. • Determine the root of technical issues and recommend repairs. • Ensure that food safety and security systems and health practices are maintained in accordance with international and local food safety and security regulations and legal requirements. • Conducting and reporting periodic inspections of facilities, equipment and practices that identify cases of non-conformity. • Random inspection of all company personnel activities to ensure validation of the applied food safety system. • Reporting cases of non-conformity with the relevant department. • Notify the administration of any serious non-conformity cases. • Monitor the implementation of all required food safety standards. • Preparing food safety reports to ensure that food safety requirements and procedures are being applied. • Verification of CCP. and checked according to HACCP procedures . • Cooperate in training, mentoring and implementing food safety programs in the field of operations.
