• Job Details:As Linguist division manager, I was responsible for: - Planning and hiring the required linguist resources for delivery. - Training the linguists with all needed experiences like: data collecting, voice recording and editing, text proofreading, text to sound comparing, tokenization, text transcription, speech tagging and speech hand labeling, - The successful execution of all linguist projects through meeting specifications and requirements as quality, time and budget starting from data collection up to the end - Writing regular (weekly and monthly) reports that measure performances and qualities of linguists and projects with the overall result and status of the process including data Metrics and Statistics measuring both quality and amount.
