• Job Details:• Review and submit payment requests by various departments for suppliers are in line with the governing policies & procedures • Responsible for assigned vendor account reconciliations and necessary follow up action • Review, manage and submit utility invoices • Review staff Travel and Expense reimbursement claims in accordance with company policy • Maintain all vendor accounts within payment terms and company policy • Responsible for assigned vendor account reconciliations and necessary follow up action • Monitor, manage and resolve supplier queries/complaints, escalate where necessary to Process Manager in accordance to agreed SLAs • Review and submit Goods Received Note (GRN) • Follow up with IBM team from a technical prospective and meet reporting requirements as per agreed DTP ( Desktop Procedures ) • Review and submit Municipality Taxes regarding to UAE government • All transactions are made on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Kofax systems

• Job Details:• Review & verify suppliers’ invoices and ensuring compliance and fulfillment of approvals on daily basis • Review suppliers' invoices and be sure that 3 ways matched method is applied • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues for all concerned parties when required • Process suppliers’ invoices, payment requests, and related journal entries • Ensure dues to suppliers and creditors are paid accurately and releases prior the due date • Maintain updated database of vendors • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures • Continuing to improve all payment process • Resolve billing and customer credit issues • Resolving any accounting inconsistencies upon balances or reconciliations, and refer to the Accounting Manager in the abnormal cases • All transactions are made on Microsoft Dynamics AX

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Record all daily sales transactions • Review all amounts for daily sales • Provide financial assistance for decision making in timely manner • Ensure financial transactions are performed in compliance with company policies • Review suppliers' statements • Address and resolve customer queries in timely and accurate manner • All transactions are done on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
