• Job Details:- Manage all accounts payables (Entries on Oracle, prepare checks, and handing over to the relevant party). - Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. Allocate, post, and reconcile transactions. - Perform receivable cash management duties such as recording the bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable. - Prepare bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits. - Manage payroll for a company of 100 employees, and over 400 labors, to ensure accurate booking and transaction history. - Follow-up on the official invoicing system (Portal). - Manage the office safe and petty cash, keep track of all its relevant book sheets and balance. - Summarize the actual financial status of the Company by preparing relevant balance sheets and statements. - Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors. - Provide technical support on management. - Support monthly and yearly closing process.

Accounts Payable OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:- Prepare subcontractors & suppliers profiles on Oracle. - Assemble, review, and process invoices to be paid. - Calculate, post, and verify financial transactions and data needed in maintaining the accounts payable records. - Provide any needed support in preparing the payable of the Company. - Manage the bank reconciliation statement. - Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors. - Support monthly and yearly closing process.
