• Job Details:Account: SMS Account • Providing support for Developers/QC Engineers for all requests to enhance the software life cycle. • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Dealing with Python, Bash scripting, CodeBuild , CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, Terraform, K8s , Helm. • Managing Two AWS Environments (QC, production) using terraform for applying the IAC concept. • Designed and created Pipelines using CodePipeline,ECR for many NODEJS services to build and deploy on ECS cluster. • Once I joined, I created an automated way for all squads in the company to migrate all pipelines from polling option to EventBridge Document • Migrated services from ECS cluster to QC K8s cluster using Helm and AWS code pipeline. • Created Lambda function developed in python using sam method to schedule upscale request every Thursday for Production ECS services. • Dealing with Other AWS services like S3 Buckets, Roles, Policies, EC2, Parameter store, Lambda, ECS, ALB, Global Accelerator, API Gateway ..etc

The main roles are as follows • Providing L2 support for all incidents and requests within the agreed SLAs. • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Developing automation scripts using PowerShell/shell scripts/python to improve team efficiency and reduce manual efforts. • ISO SPOC of my Account. • Dealing with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Python, PowerShell scripting and Bash scripting.
