• Job Details:Inventory Control Section Head, Costing Section , Finance Department Control all warehouses, manufacturing warehouses (imported parts, local parts, maintenance parts, finish goods) inside factory premises and outside, supplier’s warehouses and controlling after sales warehouses. Arrange end of year physical count & monthly random inventory stock count. Confirm volumes processed in SAP system (shipments/production, transfers, sales & returns) Confirm closing balance stock on SAP system with actual stock Report to upper management on stock levels

Supply Chain Section Head - Warehouses and Ordering Section Head, Production Control and Supply Chain DepartmentFull Time

• Job Details:Controlling Imported Parts warehouses and robbing lots (uncompleted lots due to scrapped parts). Replenishment of damaged and claimed parts, shipments follow up, ordering imported parts with periodic ordering intervals concept. Follow up damaged parts during production till replenishment, Control discrepancy and study damage root cause to prevent reoccurrence, report damaged parts cost/unit daily, weekly, monthly to upper management.

Material Handling Section Head, Production Control and Supply Chain DepartmentFull Time

• Job Details:Supply parts and material to the vehicles production lines. Insures that all zones quality, cost, time and safety goals are met, Responsible for unpacking process for all imported & local parts, designing parts handling racks to production lines (body line, paint line and trim, chassis line) inside factory premises. Designing local parts delivery racks from local suppliers to factory with considering using returnable racks to reduce packing cost Unify handling way to assembly line from using forklifts & tow tractors to use only tow tractors with same manpower of tow tractors by eliminating waste & increasing utilization of current tow tractors. Projects leader at the scope of material handling and inventory sections for all new models and current models minor and major change ( Models : new sunny , Sentra , minor change of old sunny ) Member of new project containers stock yard team inside factory ( new scheme of storage parts by keeping parts in containers till production plan date to eliminate handling time and manpower ) Achieve manufacturing manpower reduction objective through ongoing efficiencies and continued improvements. Trains subordinate staff in planning, problem solving, and Achieve daily, monthly & yearly production target
