• Job Details:• Follow up accurate & comprehensive workable budget and cost control plan. • Generate projects' monthly cost control reports according to company's standard Form and associated backup. • Tracking PR And Approved it on Oracle. • Tracking Comparison Sheet for Subcontractors and compare it with Budget. • Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly report. • Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors. • Provide on‐going technical support to the Construction Team • Review project invoice status monthly. • Prepare and support the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims. • Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior and Cost Controllers within the team. • Prepare the following: - Project Cash flow & submit monthly status analysis. - Operation Plan (Cash out Plan) - Cost Report - Presentation (Tracking) - Productivity Report - Cost Plan, Revenue Plan, Invoicing Plan - Deployment Plan - Gross Margin - • Review the contract, bill of quantity and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope. • Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each item of the projects. • Preparing Project Master Baselines (Time and Cost). • Creating revised baseline schedule with time extension claim • Updating, monitoring & controlling site status as per schedule • Prepare the following: - E1 Log (Shop Drawing List) - E2 Log (Procurement Plan) - Area of concern - Presentation (Tracking) - Dashboard (Invoices, NCR, Procurements & Engineering, Variation Order, Cash in & out Manpower, Equipment, and more details) - Concrete Log Plan - Revenue (Month lookahead)

• Job Details:• Follow up on actual costs by recording all site movements on SAP ERP System • Follow up the work of subcontractors and equipment extracts and register them on SAP ERP System • Follow up with the accounting department for due invoices and collection status. • Prepare Excel sheets dealing with different sides of the project management (Procurement Status • and Manpower Assessment) • Follow up the material cost used on site as per the project budget. • Create a cost loading excel sheet to distribute the BOQ items to activities. • Prepare dashboard reports. • Prepare Detailed Baseline Schedule for different construction activities onsite. • Monitor the construction activities and the project's overall progress and cost. • Analyze monthly actual cost reports.
