• Job Details:- Planning, directing, managing and reviewing the work of fleet services and activities in the company - Coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance and repair, replacement and disposal of fleet machines - Control field operation and fuel consumption - Fleet budget control and analysis - Planning and managing fleet management spare parts purchase requisitions - Tracking spare parts through the ERP system - Following the purchase orders and identifying the receiving - Coordinating closely with stores, procurement and cost accountant - Controlling and assisting for setting FM spare parts budget - Arranging weekly, monthly and periodically reports to fleet management manager - Controlling the fleet assets, hand tools, spare parts budget and consumables
