• Job Details:Manage the day to day running of the Expenditure Side for Cairo Hub  Ensure that all BA payables are paid to contract terms and revenue is collected in the agreed set Credit Terms / Agreements.  Handle Morocco Remittance and Taxes for airport, online and BSP sales in details by ticket number, passenger name, Route and type of tax, preparing separate report for each kind of taxes (Stamp tax, equipment tax, and A9 (Aerial tax).  Handle CR (Customer Relation cases) and update passengers to collect the cheques via email or contacting them over the phone.  Prepare monthly report for the Status of banks after reconciliation. That report helps to show which bank out of standard, un-presented cheques and analysis for cash book and bank book items.  Representative and contact for the Legal & Regulatory function, which includes reporting, submission of returns to local authorities and for the payment and collection of taxes  Country contact for internal and external audit requirements.  Responsible for responding to queries from country authorities, auditors, tax and currency inspectors and liaising with Cairo Accounting Hub for information required and implementing any audit recommendation  Ensure the BA corporate and the country’s internal control policies and procedures are complied with and ensure that actions are in place to correct any areas where controls are below standard.  Ensure that both approval authorities Listings and bank Signatories listing are PUBLIC maintained and communicated to Area and Head Quarter  Review and reconcile local financial accounting ledgers to those prepared in Cairo
