Area Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Day to day operations following up in stores: SKUs Availability, standard level of quality control, promotion efficiency, observation products validation, etc. - Guiding store managers to follow up their numbers: sales, basket size, wastage, margin& expenses. - Communicating with all departments to get all related functions done through friendly ways, win-win solutions to keep working environment healthy. - Working with all operations team analyzing data in order to create an efficient action plan with sophistic objectives parallel with organization vision.

• Job Details:- Direct Leading a team of 30 people through 8 stores with a stock amount 50M+ EGP including store managers, Head of departments. - Observe stores performance in cooperation with stores managers and head departments Achieving High level of customer service in stores. - Control stores expenses within budget in cooperation with finance department - Emphasis on all critical items are available, displayed well, with a competitive price and good quality - Sales analysis for all store, main departments, and sub departments, Control stores stock and make sure that its according to turn over
