• Job Details:* Organization of all store operations and division of tasks and responsibilities of employees. * Supervise and guide employees to achieve the best performance. * Prepare budgets and reduce expenses. * Monitor and control inventory and procurement and ensure the best use of the budget. * Dealing with customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the reputation of the store. * Continuous inspection of store sections and any problem solving workflow disruption. * Planning and supervising events and promotions within the store. * Keep up with market trends to identify the desired improvement proposals in the store. * Prepare analyzes, sales reports and revenue forecasts periodically. * Ensure that the store meets all health and safety guidelines.
