• Job Details:- Finance Module Responsible for Financial implementation such as:- •Account Payable cycle, Taxes, Withholding Taxes. •Account Receivable cycle, Collection, Drafts. •General Ledger cycle. •Fixed Assets •Provide Training courses for all above to users at the financial department - Planning & Manufacturing Module Responsible for Planning & Manufacturing implementation such as:- •Forecast Revision. •Master Production Schedule (MPS). •Material Requirement Planning (MRP). •Bill Of Material, Routing, Work Center Rates & inventory Issue. •Product costing.

Cost ControllerFull Time

• Job Details:•Prepare the annual budget forecast for the cost of operations & tracing actual VS budget monthly. •Measure the performance of each service by comparing the actual cost of the forecasted cost approved in the annual budget (Variance Analyses). •Provide the management with weekly/monthly & yearly required cost analysis reports. •Report on breakeven point for various services. •Review the monthly bills according to the approvals of the Vice president of Operation and services on contracts and suppliers assigning orders. •Receive invoices and issuing bills of exchange requests. •Review complaints and sanctions or discounts received from customers. •Monitor the services performance levels provided to customers report. •Review the minutes of the natural gas meters readings. •Record the minutes of the chilled water distributed on each client and building in SVC. •Monitor billing requests to customers. •Issue services invoice and payment requests. •Record and classify data for each distributed service cost on all SVC clients and buildings. •Record all revenues data resulting from corrective maintenance and cleaning service outside the scope of the specified business contracts. •Monitor the services cost for each client and identify Violation through the variation analysis.
