• Job Details:Site engineer responsible for finishing a villa and a duplex at the same time. Planning and controlling the budget of estimating, budgeting and controlling costs throughout the project life cycle, with the objective of keeping expenses within the approved budget. Responsible for following up and receiving all finishing and furniture items in the units. Setting measurements and pricing the items used to present them to the client by communicating with suppliers and contractors and calculating all project costs. Handing the units to the client according to the agreed upon design and specifications.

• Job Details:Responsible for making site visits to raise sizes, calculate required quantities, and agree on all work details. Technical office, and make a shop drawing for the approval of the consulting engineer. Full supervision of all agreed work details. Handing the consultant engineer.

Technical office, inventory of quantities, preparation of measurements and approval of samples. Facilitating all project papers such as extracts, testing samples and contractor contracts. Setting measurements and pricing the items used to present them to the client by communicating with suppliers and contractors and calculating all project costs. Receiving all items on site and handing them over to the consultant engineer.
