A.C.T is one of the major key players in the field of glass accessories, hardware and automatic doors. My basic job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Strategic Managerial Tasks:
o Hire teams.
o Follow-up and coaching teams ‘performance.
o Set department rules and workflow systems.
o Prepare the general corporate business plan which includes marketing and sales strategic plans.
o Agree with the top management on the company’s vision, mission, in addition to identify methodology of execution and parameters of evaluation which best fit the company’s different brands within different market segments and achieve required targets.
o Agree with top management up on marketing and sales budgets.

• Marketing Tasks:
o Prepare the marketing plan according to the organization agreed business plan.
o Allocate the marketing budget to best achieve company business objectives.
o Manage all online activities a mission that includes website building; participate within social media groups & blogs.
o Managing all marketing communication channels and activities that target different market sectors and reinforce the company corporate brand identity.
o Develop brand vision, positioning, and strategy that best achieve corporate profitability.
o Manage advertising/promotional campaigns and activities.
o Set pricing strategy in accordance to different segments of partners, dealers and end-users.
o Manage events planning and execution, a mission that include exhibitions, booths design and installation.
o Manage all corporate printing activities: catalogues, sales kits, flyers, indoors, outdoor, ---etc.
o Monitor the performance of the marketing and business development teams.
o Monitor the relationship with different media agencies and suppliers.
o Initiating an integrated database that includes different targeted customers, competitors according to geographical areas.
o Applying market research studies which access the company’s market share relative to rivals’ market shares.

• Sales Tasks:
o Prepare the sales plan according to the organization agreed business plan and which takes into consideration different products geographical distribution and different brands.
o Agree with the top management on the company sales strategy and policy, which best reflect the company sales targets, sales channels and paths.
o Follow-up daily/weekly reports to determine the sales team activities and accomplishments.
o Monitor VIP accounts and leverage relationships.
o Set department work flow system to ensure adequacy and target achievements.
o Provides the statistical reports and recommendations to Management and assists with the development of strategic plans.
o Increasing the company’s market share through boosting sales volume and acquiring new customers.
• Coaching Tasks: Train/coach the marketing, sales and business development teams to best improve their performance and achieve the company’s goals and targets.
