Preventive Maintenance Supervisor Full Time

• Job Details:Preventive Maintenance Supervisor:  Since Feb/2012 Till now, Weatherford Drilling CO.(Iraq Zone)  Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of Rigs equipments and machines like Caterpillar Engines-Generators, SCR Systems, VFD Systems (AC to AC), PLC Systems, HMI systems, Top Drives, Mud Pumps, Draw works, Rotary, Air compressors, etc  Plan, Execute and Finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget , this include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-arty contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.  Performs skilled work in addition to assigning, directing, supervising, training, and inspecting the work of both skilled and semi-skilled workers  Assists in the personnel management of department employees (e.g. selection of new hires, promotions, terminations, transfers, supervising, disciplining, training, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining staffing needs and productivity of the work force.  Assists in the selection of training and in-service programs for maintenance staff for the purpose of conveying information; and ensuring that maintenance employees gain and maintain a thorough understanding of safety regulations and providing guidance on department and District policies/procedures  Assist Operation Manager, General Manager (Drilling) and Drilling Superintendent in design & fabricate in Rig improvement  Liaise with Weatherford Drilling Company international operations management for Rig & Rig equipments  Sets up maintenance system including. Reporting to maintenance manager.
