• Job Details:To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the purchasing department. To check the received materials as visual inspection for quality, quantity, specific condition, inclusion of certificates of conformity and testing certificates, (if applicable) develop and maintain and understanding of key materials description and functions to support operations and maintenance with goods in acceptance of materials. To issue material receiving report if the material accepted as being correct as per the agreed specifications or a receiving rejection report for return to the supplier if rejected. Update maximo with stocks received data. To put away the materials as per related category and locate in the correct warehouse location. Pick stocks as per the received stock issue request or maximo stock request processes. To issue the materials to the departments as per the indents through stock issue request and material delivery note and maintain up to date records of stocks in maximo. To take the necessary actions for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
