Associate Engineer - Aftermarket Pumps

• Job Details:Designed and implemented modeling hydraulic and non-hydraulic components of pumps, including reverse engineering using 3D scan data to create 3D models for pump components, as well as creating casting drawings and inspection sheets for respective pump components for foundry purposes, improving efficiency and performance. Collaborated with the team to develop continuous improvement processes, resulting in time reduction and decreased lead time.

Engineer - Methods

• Job Details:Calculation casting modulus & design riser, runner system & chills and creating 3D models with riser and runner system for magma soft simulation. Reviewing the simulation results to ensure no shrinkage indication, isolated hotspots are identified in the casting & carrying out necessary post processing works.

Junior Engineer - Methods

• Job Details:Preparation of method detail drawing, cutting references drawing, visual drawing for first stage cutting and templates for fettling process. On identification of yield improvement, shrinkage indication, cracks & inclusions in the existing projects or development projects, necessary corrective action will be taken using manual method / magma soft.
