• Handling Customer Complaints, high level escalation & resolving them in specified SLA.
• Managing Asset Inventory using Lansweeper tool.
• Performing daily checks, highlighting issues and resolving the same with the help of resolver team. Inform client by
sending across a notification if any issue triggered.
