I did identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirement. I ensured that projects have developed and followed up the inspection and test plan. The inspection and verification of construction & installation works & permanent material verification done. I did monitor and ensure timely closure of Non-conformance report. External, Internal NCR & Observation notes adapt company procedures to be followed up for the proper control of documents in conformance with ISO 9001:2015. I did conduct periodic Management Reviews and ensured proper Quality Related Document Control process for receiving, distributing and archiving documents & records in the document room. I set Guidelines for Precast Production Engineers, Erection Engineers and Project Factory and sites QC team and sub-contractors for taking proactive measures to achieve required Quality at first time as per the set KPI 94% must be approved on first time inspection. All precast wall panels and HCS MIR PROCESS and running IRs must be approved on daily basis. If any /NCRs/CAR is there must be actions and to be closed as per the KPI not later than 35 days. I am accountable for implementing ISO 9001-2015 policies, procedures, and standards together with the ESEC Processes and procedures for all Projects site, precast factories. I’m accountable for establishing updating & implementing quality inspection plans for project I ensure that ESEC quality standards, guidelines and policies formalized into ESEC QA/QC manual and this must be regularly updated and available for consultation. I manage the documentation and institutionalization of lessons learned concerning quality. I do Identifies and tracks QA/QC KPI’s and devises plans and initiatives for improvement. I provided support for the professional development of staff reporting directly to me and ensured that quality plan and construction plans are aligned. Every precast panel and Hollow Core Slab shall be indelibly marked with a specific name computerize unique name i-e serial No. and type of panel for which it was casted villa, building etc, and the date of the casting. I did ensure that only Approved Materials, Approved Mix Design should be used. I am solving all the QSE problems with site office consultant for ensuring that all executed works & submittal & approval are as per the project specification, and standard design criteria, and company procedures are followed up. I am ensuring that the overall quality management system of the company for all the projects and departments function as per the company procedures and that all processes are implemented, I am making internal audit, providing training to the management staff, engineering staff, operation staff and Saudi staff. Project area of 37,456m2, total Build up area is 220,190 m2. Project includes two floors car parking underground with a capacity of 1300 cars as well as major celebrations hall, Wedding Hall, Restaurants, and other services. The scope of work includes the supply of all the interior design and furnishing and construction of 500m pedestrian suspension bridge skywalk connects Granada Oasis Project to Office Buildings and Granada Mall through Hilton Hotel. I was responsible for the overall Quality Management system of the Company of different ongoing projects in Riyadh, Macca, and Madinah. In Hilton Riyadh Hotel Project, 25 qualified QA/QC Engineers & Inspectors were working under my leadership in this prestigious project.
