• Job Details: Program 5 Residential Housing Complex Projects in Jazan different regions having 20000 residential units and managing two Precast Factories for these projects  Program Value SR 7.8 billion  Position Hold Senior Quality Assurance Manager (5 Mega Projects & Precast factories) I managed the development of the company s expertise and capabilities in QA/QC. I managed the development and execution of QA/QC strategy to comply with international standards and ensured that the QA/QC coordination takes place with all parties for the execution of periodic audits. Report the function s performance regularly to the QHSE Director. Develop and implement Quality Management System for planning, fabrication, and inspection, documentation, and operations activities. I did identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirement. I ensured that projects have developed and followed up the inspection and test plan. The inspection and verification of construction & installation works & permanent material verification done. I did monitor and ensure timely closure of Non-conformance report. External, Internal NCR & Observation notes adapt company procedures to be followed up for the proper control of documents in conformance with ISO 9001:2015. I did conduct periodic Management Reviews and ensured proper Quality Related Document Control process for receiving, distributing and archiving documents & records in the document room. I implemented and controlled quality assurance system, assured the compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirement and maintained management system for ISO QMS. I coordinate audit conducted by internal and external parties and I was responsible for document management system (Document control). I investigate customer complaint, monitor corrective action and follow-up effectiveness of CAR implementation. Prepare report to communicate the outcome of quality activities. I was ensuring that all required Checklist to be done on daily, weekly basis. QSE Internal Audit Report CARs, and ONs followed up with all precast related management on continuous basis until all are closed. All approved Mix Design Trials were done with the projects Consultant and approved record were kept in the Lab & in QC office. I did review material submittals, Prepare/Review and submit ITP, MS, Checklist RA. I set Guidelines for Precast Production Engineers, Erection Engineers and Project Factory and sites QC team and sub-contractors for taking proactive measures to achieve required Quality at first time as per the set KPI 94% must be approved on first time inspection. All precast wall panels and HCS MIR PROCESS and running IRs must be approved on daily basis. If any /NCRs/CAR is there must be actions and to be closed as per the KPI not later than 35 days. I am accountable for implementing ISO 9001-2015 policies, procedures, and standards together with the ESEC Processes and procedures for all Projects site, precast factories. I’m accountable for establishing updating & implementing quality inspection plans for project I ensure that ESEC quality standards, guidelines and policies formalized into ESEC QA/QC manual and this must be regularly updated and available for consultation. I manage the documentation and institutionalization of lessons learned concerning quality. I do Identifies and tracks QA/QC KPI’s and devises plans and initiatives for improvement. I provided support for the professional development of staff reporting directly to me and ensured that quality plan and construction plans are aligned. I am dealing the Internal Audit Team and external 3rd party Audit team and closing the audit issues. Inspection of rebar, raw material, aggregate, cements, precast accessories, precast mould, concrete casting, and Cube Testing during Production & Dispatch. Implementation of Erection tolerances as per PCI Manual 117; 127 in all Jizan Project sites. Implementing PCI Manual 116, 120 and ACI 318, and Saudi Building Code implementation. Every precast panel and Hollow Core Slab shall be indelibly marked with a specific name computerize unique name i-e serial No. and type of panel for which it was casted villa, building etc, and the date of the casting. I did ensure that only Approved Materials, Approved Mix Design should be used. I am solving all the QSE problems with site office consultant for ensuring that all executed works & submittal & approval are as per the project specification, and standard design criteria, and company procedures are followed up. I am ensuring that the overall quality management system of the company for all the projects and departments function as per the company procedures and that all processes are implemented, I am making internal audit, providing training to the management staff, engineering staff, operation staff and Saudi staff. I am leading and managing the QC Team including workload controls, performance reviews, training and ongoing support and ensuring appropriate QC coverage

• Job Details:Program Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Apartment Tower  Program Value SAR 1.8 billion  Program Position QA/QC & HSE Manager I worked on this prestigious 5 Star Hotel Program, Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Apartment Tower, the program was one of the prestigious program in the Middle East, that included a 5-star hotel 20 floors having 645 rooms and suits and executive hotel apartments building with 14 floors, 221 apartments. Project area of 37,456m2, total Build up area is 220,190 m2. Project includes two floors car parking underground with a capacity of 1300 cars as well as major celebrations hall, Wedding Hall, Restaurants, and other services. The scope of work includes the supply of all the interior design and furnishing and construction of 500m pedestrian suspension bridge skywalk connects Granada Oasis Project to Office Buildings and Granada Mall through Hilton Hotel. I was responsible for the overall Quality Management system of the Company of different ongoing projects in Riyadh, Macca, and Madinah. In Hilton Riyadh Hotel Project, 25 qualified QA/QC Engineers & Inspectors were working under my leadership in this prestigious project. I was preparing, checking, and approving all type of Proposal Method Statements, following daily RFIs, NCN, SI, ON, tests, deliveries, concretes, steel, blocks, couplers etc. I ensure that all QHSE Policies, Procedures and Systems are in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, OSHAS 18001 requirements established implemented and maintained and the Environmental Management System is maintained in accordance with requirement of the International Standard ISO 14001, Project and all Saudi Law requirements. I ensures rapid effective response to incidents. Responsible for the Safety of the entire operation and no breaches of Environmental Laws and a high Quality Performance Output that meets all Project, QHSE, KPI’s and Set Objectives. Providing Management with regular reports about the performance of the QHSE Management Systems and suitable corrective actions and incident investigations for non-compliance/violations. I ensure that all QHSE systems are audited at regular scheduled intervals and generate detailed audit reports with suitable corrective and preventative action where required. Reporting directly to the COO on the Performance of the Environmental Management System for review, including recommendations for improvement. Communication between Management and all external entities regarding all Quality/ Environmental and Health and Safety Management related issues.
