• Job Details:Deployed at Department of Information Technology, Government of Rajasthan to support their Wi-Fi and MPLS departments to provide technical expertise to support the team and to look for technical solution to improve and optimize network performance and to create needed upgrade plan.  In current position, managing teams handling the network spread throughout the state from capital city Jaipur to villages of all 33 districts with Wi-Fi and MPLS projects.  Leading teams to work with HP servers, Aruba controllers and APs as well as liaising with vendors like Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone and Jio for Hardware and MPLS connectivity.  Responsible to analyze whole network and finding out the requirements for updates and improvements as per OS, firmware, licenses and certificates requirement on all controllers and servers.  Guided the team to ensure timely Installation of SSL certificates on all controllers & servers and Radius server certificate on all AAA servers.  Led the Planning and execution of the upgrade of all controllers right from version 6.5.6 to 8.6.9 which required clean installation and upgrade of thousands of APs spread throughout the state of Rajasthan.  Involved with all the teams working in the whole process of connectivity from online bidding, order, delivery, testing and payment to monitoring and maintenance.  Proposed the long due update of all the controllers and APs throughout the network and led the planning and execution of the same.  Continuously ensured regular monitoring of NMS server very closely for maximum uptime as well as the timely delivery of sites which has increased the uptime by 18% and delivery by 25%.  Responsible to analyze all the connection links data for RSWAN, MPLS and P2P to create a policies to increase uptime and site deliveries.  Responsible to observe the link testing work of Audit department to ensure all links are up before giving the User Acceptance Testing to ISP.  Leading the Wi-Fi and MPLS teams to support for all the government events celebrated by Rajasthan government like Digi-Fests, Job fairs, PM events etc. by providing connectivity on requested locations.  Took active participation in IT mega job fair 2023, Jaipur and successfully led the help desk team and back office team.

Network AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for assigning team to Manage the whole network spread through all buildings and campuses. Installing and Managing Servers, Routers, Switches and other networking devices.  Creating Static and default Routes and managing Inter VLAN Routing on routers and L3 switches.  Creating and overseeing Active Directory Controls, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and policies for around 500 users for remote software installation, user settings, and restrictions.  Planning, implementing, installing, operating, and maintaining systems hardware, software applications, and IT infrastructure.  Multiple VLANs are created and communication is managed through inter VLAN Routing.  Led the team for installing and managing network comprising of 5 servers and 400 systems, including Domain Controller, DHCP Server, Mail Server, and SQL Server with Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7.  Serving as Member of the Trainee Performance Review Committee and Software Development Committee.  I have been instrumental in organizing all Software related trainings in Institute for staff and management.  Studied and created organization’s security stance by creating and updating security Policies as and when required.
