    Jan 2010 - Sep 2019 -9 yrs, 8 months

    • Job Details:I’ve worked for FCC group (Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas) at its branch in Egypt which is called EES (Egypt for Environmental Services) as Senior Mechanical Engineer in Enhancement Sector. For three years I was supervising team of Welders, Plumbers, Metalworkers, Mechanics, Electricians, Upholster and Painting workers, I was responsible to enhance vehicles (Body, Pneumatic Circuit, Electrical Circuit, Seats and Suspension) to be almost 80 percent as new, also responsible to repair every vehicle which made an accident. But after those three years I have worked in overhaul workshop. I was Supervising Four teams at Overhaul workshop, three of them are working on repairing engines so I was to take measures -after remove and disassemble the engine- using tools like Micrometer, Vernier and Dial Gage then ordering the parts required to repair from purchase department and also following all the works at engine's turning workshop, after that I was receiving the engine to ensure about every clearance and measure before assemble it. But the fourth team works on Gearboxes and Differentials. They were disassembling them then I responsible to order all damaged parts which were needed to repair. The company stopped their business at the end of 2018 and the contract with the government of Egypt is expired so that our job –in those last six months- was liquefying the company ( repairing the assets for selling them in the highest price and reduce the work force as much as possible ) .
