K-9 Officer- FirearmsFull Time

• Job Details:North American Police Working Dog Association (Person-Borne Explosives & Firearms Detection) certified team. This role is responsible and accountable for assigned deployments and established patrols, and the care, custody, and control of a company-owned canine, to include but not limited to, proper housing and transportation standards. The K-9 Officer must maintain K-9 Team training standards (as established by Allied Universal), training coordination/ administration, tracking K-9 team financials, and take home patrol vehicle maintenance records. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deploy and patrol with K-9 at assigned work sites • Conduct routine and prescribed searches utilizing the K-9 • Maintain K-9 Team training standards • Administrative duties, such as but not limited to, cost tracking, accident/incident reports, daily activity logs, training logs, and vehicle maintenance logs • Maintain an expansive and contemporary knowledge in K-9 tactics • Liaison with clients, senior corporate staff, and Allied Universal field management • Develop and deliver K-9 demonstrations to new clients and the general public • National travel, as necessary • Maintain K-9 team certifications as required.

• Job Details:• An official investigator of Undisclosed Federal agency with authorization by the authority of Secretary of Defense to conduct investigations regarding personnel, and other matters of interest to the agency. • Conduct fieldwork to obtain all pertinent, required factual information and report it in a non-biased manner in a clear and concise Report of Investigation. • Conduct face-to-face interviews with the subject of investigation, references (both provided by the subject and those you develop independently), as well as neighbors, coworkers, supervisors, friends, and other associates, as necessary. • Complete record searches at places of employment, residences, law enforcement agencies, courthouses, and mental health, financial, educational institutions, or other record repositories, as needed. • Work independently and securely from your office or home with little day to day supervision. • Meet government and industry standards for quality, integrity, timeliness and productivity • Ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and E-mail. • Maintain Government required confidentiality and security compliance regarding classified, sensitive but unclassified and unclassified information.

Federal CIFSO- Police Officer 1Full Time

• Job Details:Police Officer 1 (SCA DOL Category: 27131) on a contract with Paragon Systems Inc providing law enforcement/armed security services to an undisclosed government client's guard force in partnership with U.S Marshall Service; dubbed CIFSO or Critical Infrastructure Facility Security Officer. Duties included interaction with employees and visitors on a daily basis, and access control of vehicle and pedestrian traffic into a highly sensitive and secure undisclosed government installation. I was responsible for maintaining a high level of situational awareness, and maintaining constant surveillance of the site through means of monitoring CCTV, vehicle and foot patrols. I maintained order and safety while providing customer service and information to facility visitors. I also investigated and reported incidents that were out of place or of significance to protect government assets. I also evaluated credentials of personnel and provided temporary badges to visitors. I monitored building and property entrances and exits to detect intrusions or unauthorized access. I administered basic first aid for minor situations and contacted emergency medical personnel for medical emergencies beyond my level of training. I explained security protocols to employees and guests to promote readiness for emergency situations. I acted as a visual deterrent for criminal activity, and general misconduct by maintaining a high level of visibility. I conducted semi annual readiness training which consisted of a physical fitness test, extensive weapons training and qualification, (Glock 9mm and AR-15 assault rifle) understanding and application of certain use of force techniques, (handcuffs, OC pepper spray, and expandable baton) and response to active shooter drills/operating as a "three person" fire team responsible for conducting interior/exterior patrols, including but not limited to in-depth security against trespass, sabotage, theft, vandalism, fire, and other unlawful or harmful acts. I conducted vehicle inspections,visitor screening operations, including verifying badges and visitor records, as well as vetting individuals via the US Marshal Service. Additional duties include conducting inspection tours, monitoring mail packages through Security Control Room, assisting traffic operations, enforce building regulations, respond to emergency management situations, and prepare facilities assessment reports, and maintaining security of highly sensitive and monitored of government property.
