I made all the administration systems related to admin affairs issues.
after roughly 3 years the factory has a full procedures and instructions for security, cleaning, cargo, catering, transportation, visitors, cars, employee's facilities all of them is made by me.
I have got a recognition star certificate from Elif Global S.A.E appreciating me for my continuous efforts and changes which I have made from day one with them.


Although the period of my work in national bank of Egypt is very short, but I have achieved to high level of sales during this short time, dealing with individual targeted customers has opened a doors of getting much more skills which affected positively on my competences.
I have made a huge database of customers which gave me an opportunity to call them my friends not my customers as they felt very comfort in dealing with me more than others. It's a great achievement in this short period.


I have assisted hundreds of cs agents in Orange during the period of my work.
I have achieved to a level of being known and famous for all building employees in all 3 shifts which is containing of around 1500 employee.
Everyone from new hire cs agents was like the technique of my training and they have learn how to work on applications in a very short time and became best agents in only 2 months.

I'm a champion of Egypt in hurdles game ( athletics ), I have took many champions in this game from 2002 till 2010. Before this period I was playing football and I have won many tournaments while I was playing in a youth forum. At the same time i was playing Taekwondo.
