• Job Details:Enabling Content Search: • Using RBS to store large content outside the Content Database. • Customizing Search Topology to achieve best performance and maximum uptime. Employee Appraisal: • Collecting employees’ data from both Active Directory Domain Services and Dynamics AX. • Extracting Company Structure from Dynamics AX to get the “Who report to whom”. • Creating the Evaluation Criteria for each type of employees in form of List. • Calculating Bell Curve for evaluations per manager to ensure normal evaluation behavior. • Reporting statistics as requested by Evaluation Team. • Using SharePoint User Profile Service to update employees’ info automatically. Overtime: • Creating Dynamic form using JQuery to allow employees inserting their overtime info in detail easily. • JQuery used in this project to provide a better experience for users accessing the farm from outside the Local Area Network, and to minimize post backs to the minimum possible. Attendance: • Collecting attendance data from fingerprint database and caching it in SharePoint Business Connectivity Service. • Collecting employees’ info from Active Directory Domain Services using SharePoint User Profile Service. • Matching info and providing reports as requested by Human Resources Department. Surveillance Cam • Connecting to IPCAMs and retrieving stream from all IPCAMs. • Enabling IPCAMs for allowed managers only. • Reducing bandwidth usage by auto turn off pages if idle for 20 seconds. Employee Onboarding: • A workflow for creating emails and Active Directory Domain Services Account for each new employee and following up all stages of assigning and creation of emails. Concierge: • Allowing sales persons to select from available cards to sell. • Sales person send purchase order to cashier. • Cashier Collect the amount and system reflect the transaction. • Transaction sent to Financial Department.
