- Job Details:5* Deluxe hotel located in Neama bay, 298 rooms with various room types and works on multi markets, the hotel ranks 1 & 2 on Trip Advisor, my duties and responsibilities are as following: Manage, handling, direct all front office operation and ensure guest satisfaction, inquires and issues are on top priorities, done efficiently with courtesy starting from check in time till the guest check out. Assure proper and efficient communication with other departments, building up good relations with travel agents and different business sources. Team management, planning, motivation, training, hygiene and hiring according to budget set by the company. Complaints analyzing, resolving and assure 100% satisfaction before the guest's leave. Department cost, budget, score management and revenue generating. Assure the Implementation of the standard operation policy of the company, rules and achieve objectives and target outlined by the company. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout different social media (Trip Advisor, Top hotel, Holiday check, etc..) to ensure hotel reputation and ranking are in high position, verifying , assessing and analyzing all guest comments through comments collected and take necessary action to negative points. Co ordinate and Co operate with all hotel departments to achieve guest satisfaction. Communicate with sales to maximize the hotel occupancy, revenue and play good role in marketing. Attend to all guest occasions such as repeater, anniversary, honeymoon and VIP guests. Assure hotel security, guest security and any suspicious actions in line with to hotel policies and rules. Solid experience and knowledge of different markets and operate according to each market needs. Bring important issues and matters relate to the guest and operation to the attention of the General manager and suggest possible improvements of service and solutions for any problem. Technically assure all the department is following health and safety procedures, hygiene and grooming on all the department levels.
