I designed workforce development training and rotate the roles between team members to share experience, which reflected to gain experience to work effectively and efficiency inside the team and give them the challenge to grow inside the company and follow their career path. • In 2014 I had create 2 new sectors at the company:- 1. Leave Admin (Responsible for headcount optimization and attendance payroll and leaves updates) 2.
