Engineering and technical solutions with vast knowledge of chemical and mech. properties of steel materials and grades in international standards as ASTM, EN and BS for flat, sections, and pipes. Beside sandwich panels parameters in relation to corrosion protection, fire behavior, coating warranty, closed cell percent effect..etc. Developing business within the key sectors of Oil& Gas, Industrial, Construction, freezing/ cold rooms and Power. B) Commercial & Contracts Directorate Contracts agreements with principals and clients Legal affairs and Claims Banking and Logistics C) Management & Business Consultancy Directorate Business Development and Marketing plans Restructuring and organization chart building Business modeling Training programs Contracts, Procurement and Project management to construction companies Technical Consultant to steel Structure Conference D) Finance and Administration Directorate. General ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Scope : Supply of steel sections, plates, piling, pipes, sandwich panels and other steel and building materials products Responsibilities : Overall management of the business unit including: Establishing the office with all legal, admin and human resourcing Expanding the company existing business –thru an agent- in the country. Developing business within the key sectors of construction, oil & gas, energy related sectors, and general end users. Pro-actively identify, negotiate and achieve profitable project supply contracts in working directly with co. senior management and sales teams. Sourcing potential steel products. Enhancing the company’s commercial position with key upstream decision makers, contractors, fabricators, and project owners, oil & gas operating companies, end-users etc that influence steel procurement decisions. Negotiating Tenders terms and conditions to ensure smooth running of the contracts. Ensure minimum disputes and settling those if any according to govt. and international rules. Running the daily management activities of the company

Contracts and Proposal EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Scope : Turnkey contractors for projects (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Offshore), Annual global maintenance, CMMS, Structural steel, piping, vessels and tanks work for oil & gas sector. Responsibilities : Formulating the contracts and proposals sector procedures and generating necessary forms and records Internal ISO auditing Contracts review. Proposals study including cost estimate. Proposing business development structure including 3 sectors: Work Study, Local Market and Export
