Manage and Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. - Produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities. - Produce innovative works that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials. - Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for products illustrations. - Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, monitor deadlines and budgets.
