• Job Details:My responsibilities include: • Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. • Handling and planning the purchase requests for Direct and In-Direct materials or field services. • Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. • Process RFQ and maintain Quotation. • Maintaining supplier master data management. • Complete handling on P2P cycle like contract management, sub-contract, special procurement process, PR (purchase Requisition), RFQ (Request for Quotation), PO (Purchase Order), GR (Goods Receipts) and Payment of supplier or vendor Inquiry to Order (ITO), Projects, Services and Engineering to meet / exceed business goal. • Placing and following -up on Purchase Orders (PO) and manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. • Managing vendor onboarding and amendments through supplier onboarding portal. • Collaborating with internal stake holders for Purchase Order fulfillment and supplier payments. • Exploring synergy opportunities. • Experienced on SAP MM (Master data, P2P, Contract Management, Business process, Configuration, Inventory Management and MRP). • Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy. • Coordinating with Project, Design, and Production team to deliver requirements on time.
