• Job Details:1- design and customize special products over truck as project manager cross function such as (Potable water tanks in many sizes and cross shapes, Sewage Tanks, Fire Fighting Truck, Garbage Compactor, Cranes, Car wrecker, Car Carrier, Mini Damper, Skip Loader, mobile meeting rooms unit and many other supporting functions) by covering tasks that includes : a. Metal sheet work design and shop drawings b. Hydraulic, pneumatic, Mechanical and electric controlling design and installation c. Manage the project through prototype workshop d. Supervise testing and inspection for the product e. Supervise pilot run for production preparation f. Improve production with tools or jigs design to speed up the process and reduce material waste. 2- Supervise improvements and modifications and documentations sent by "Daimler Mitsubishi" concerning the assembly production line of Canter and Fuso trucks. 3- Manage Cross function projects over production line improvements such as: a. Apply lean concept on production line for both truck assembly and over truck steel structure. b. Design and improve machines in different phases of production.
