• Job Details:Planning & Procurement Manager Leading supply chain Flow (plan/strategy, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery) by aligning strategy with manufacturing planning in parallel with eliminating inefficiencies by reducing inventory, transportation, minimize shortages and leading cost saving projects by Managing: 1. Planning department 2. Local purchasing department 3. Foreign purchasing department 4. Inventory reduction Projects September 2018-septemebr 2019 5. Logistic and Int’l Forwarding department ---------------------------------------------------------------- Planning: Achievements: 1. Structure of first capacity plan which shows shortage and oversupply, according to which strategic decisions is to be taken. 2. Data base for products performance on production lines 3. Linking strategic planning (strategic level) to S&OP planning (tactical level) by establishing S&OP Meeting. Responsibility: • Responsible of demand planning (recognition of customer requirements through forecast and management of order) • Leading S&OP (Sales and operation) meeting (identifying critical resources to create production plan) • Manage conflicts and escalation to ceo if needed • Master scheduling to link production plan at product family level to the end item level (create priority plan (dates and quantities) - drive MRP (material requirements plan)) • PAC (production activity control) (establish/maintain order priorities- monitor/control WIP , lead time and queue – track and report production) • Monitoring and control outsourcing of packing process for special packing items (done by sister company) • Monthly variance report showing production and sales variance ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Local and Foreign purchasing: Achievements: 1. Foreign procurement & Planning EngFull Time

• Job Details:Main responsibilities Category: foreign procurement 1. Communicating with suppliers to get quotation for needed goods after determination of technical team needs 2. Issuing PO’s and seeking for PI from suppliers 3. Follow up with treasury to assure payment transfer process and feed back supplier 4. Communicating with supplier to get shipment details then inform our logistic department for clearance process and follow up with them Category: Production planning 1. Define customers needs (After receiving sales orders from sales department) 2. Assist in setting up monthly production plan (by defining priorities ) in presence of production, quality & sales 3. Monitor daily production to assure delivery will be on time (follow up production , report & improve) 4. Provide sales with status Category: Raw materials & Packing 1. Communicating with raw materials suppliers to assure raw materials supply in time 2. Purchase needed packing materials according to production plan (make sure reception of packing material is aligned with product production)
