    • Job Details:- Ensure all vessel operations flow smoothly and that all team members are kept up to date. Maintain day-to-day contact with individuals working in berth planning, commercial and operational roles. - Answering masters/vessel’s inquiries and requirements before and during port call (transit or port call). - Ports estimated dues PDA, for transiting Suez Canal vessels and cargo operation vessels as well as shipping accounts final disbursement D/A. - Updating in daily basis scheduled voyages prospects, either at ports or planned, considering ETA, arrival Draft, plans/certificates availability and port regulation, restrictions providing important guidance avoiding Fines or extra dues. - Provide guidance to Masters, Fleet Managers and general management on any special requirements, providing all information and guidance for the vessels in this field. - Following Up Implementation of the Daily Operations Activities Of husbandry roles of Crew Change, Spares, Clearance Schedule, Security Arms/Weapons Embark / Disembark, Suez Cana and bunker plan for incoming vessels coordination.. - Edi file submission of cargo operation vessels calling ports for loading or discharging. - Issuing cargo paper work of S.O.F, N.O.R. Bill of lading, Cargo manifest. - Closing files with full reports in coordination with financial department. - Continuous following up of maritime ministry decrees as well as Suez Canal rules of navigation and updated circulars with timely reflects to principles and scheduled voyages accordingly. - Suez Canal special rebates for the forthcoming transit vessels. - Work closely with other departments to ensure the safe operation of the scheduled vessels, - Attending Port Meetings for Berthing Prospects of Scheduled Port Call Voyages. - Conducting the standards of shipping service to achieve client satisfactory. - Assure Job Flow with Branches by updating Necessary Information, Topics and Instructions Related to Scheduled Maritime Shipping Activities. - Prepares reports and studies regarding department developments and staff performance evaluation. - Act as a member of an Emergency Response Team. - Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements. - Maintain fruitful relationships with parties concerned to branch business and establish good relationships, (Authorities, vendors, suppliers etc.) - Responsible for providing effective leadership, management. - Staff performance Evaluation and improvements methods.
