Achievements


as a customer service representative in vodafone account we learned how to do our best to serve our clients I had a call from customer that he was annoyed because he didn't receive his prize from vodafone about a year ago and he submitted a lot of complains but problem still exist but I did my best to make him receive the prize and followed up with him later to make sure that he received it successfully .


When I moved to my new job at I.T.S there was no department for maintenance but I created it and we became reputed company in technical field in just one year .
