• Making the Income statement for each business (namely Microsoft Products, Microsoft Services, Manpower, Partner services, Oracle, Aramco, Baan, Symantec, Citrix, VMWare, etc. etc.) identify & give importance to those projects esp. Services which yields a good revenue with a zero or low cost. Workings on the manpower deeply and their utilization, make sure to utilize our manpower services at the optimum level with regards to the Presales, per Resource and his shared time with multiple projects, billable, non-billable and Value added services as per customer’s requirement. Focusing more on the Service revenues.

• Highlight the major business won, business on hand & upcoming business opportunities and advise the management to instruct the salesteam to achieve their forecasted deals and invoice to the customer the related business on hand as soon as possible through OPD. Arranging regular meetings with Sales managers, Finance Manager, GM, discussing on Sales, Cost of Sales, Direct and Indirect expenses. Maintains Company’s financial values by keeping information confidential. Other miscellaneous finance and accounts related tasks as and when required are duly complied with.

• Preparing regular Cash Flow & forecasting monthly, quarterly. Accounts Receivable forecast monthly, aggressively giving the collection dept a target amount to be collected so that old dues, baddebts and financial charges are kept at minimum, also ask them to collect the expired as well as won or lost bids, Performance-Bank Guarantees lying with the customer in order to avail more the facility from the bank. Red alerts will be given daily to the collectors on the ARs pending for more than 6 months. Propose to the management to give an incentive to the collector who collects the Old ARs.
• Scheduling Expenses and Accounts Payable with highlights on due payment dates esp. for Microsoft payments inorder to secure higher Rebates. Also secure credit extension of 120days on Microsoft invoices in addition to the original 60days by discounting the governmental related invoices through HSBC from Microsoft. Credit extn are issued by Microsoft on account of our late collection from the governmental customers such as MOI, MOMRA, BOG, SCTA, MOL and many other Govt customers.

• Ensure to maintain the customer’s budget as and when required by the customer. Its purely their advance with us which they will require from us in future by asking us to pay to their 3rd party for their commitments as per their business needs and we too pay them as directed by having a sufficient margin on the customer’s budget too. Ensure uptodate tally with their balance.

• Manage Accounts team to ensure day to day operational team duties are processed in a timely manner; Investigate financial issues, analyze root causes and provide resolutions. Manage staff/resources of the team; set priorities and plan workload to meet deadlines and achieve the objectives of the department. Ensuring that all financial controls of the division are met and adhered to at all times.
