• Job Details:1- Evaluate, and forecast project progress and performance against the established accepted/amended schedule with critical milestones. 2- Support, as directed, the Planning Manager 3- Prepare, Review potential claims and make recommendations. 4- Prepare and review workflow and standardization for all company processes. 5- Prepare and Review data for inclusion in Development budget projections (Cost and Revenue) with inputs from Commercial, Development, and Design Management teams 6- Prepare and Review baselines for new projects 7- Manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software 8- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern that required action of the associate task member. 9- Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team. 10- participate in all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, construct-ability review meeting, and so on
