- Responsible to dealing with new accounts, Point Of Sale to be Onecard distributors.
- Tracking Sales history for each account to take the required Decision of ( Training – Promotion – Incentive – special marketing materials – Marketing Campaign … ETC )
- Set Short and Long Term Plans to Develop and increase the Sales Income.
- Follow up for all the related to OneCard Physical Cards Stock Issues, Internally or that was with the distributors.
- Set the monthly plan for the key accounts and make sure it is implemented as required from the distribution team and make sure that they are walking in the right direction to achieve the goals
- Follow up for distribution team KPIs to make sure that all the employees are achieving their Goals.
- Establish some visits to OneCard re-sellers to make sure about the Reps Visit Quality and also to make sure that the department supervisor are auditing this visit or no.
- Development of training required for each of the distribution team or the Key Account Team based on our Database and the Sales figure for each chain.
- Managing collection cycles for key accounts and handling all related issues
- Make sure that all the required Stock orders are delivered on time within the Credit Limit for each account.
- Dealing with staffing issues and performance reviews.
- Managing and motivating the assigned Distribution teams to ensure the efficiency.
- Maximizing the productivity of the distribution teams to achieve the assigned targets.
- Recording sales figures for fawry and Key account and Analyzing Sales / Distribution/collection figures &growth; rates by Channel, Area, and Account
- Organizing incentive programs for OneCard-Distribution teams’ members if needed
- Organizing incentive programs for Key account within the company policy and roles
- Handling promotion activities and tools that are required for performing the teams’ duties and coordinating with other involved persons internally & externally.
- Organizing special promotions, displays and events with key Distributors.
- Coordinating with others Depts. at One Card’s for handling Distribution project requirements and solve any pending cases.
- Organizing and attending Events that’s related to e-Payments Field.
- Generating info about market trends in our industry, understanding what other competitors are doing in the market.
- Initiating changes to improve the business.
- Achieving overall monthly sales targets for assigned distribution teams and key distributors
- Follow up with the Regional Team to make sure that all of them are aware about our updates and they working well and solve any pending issued may they faced.
- Follow up with the distribution supervisors, and distribution coordinators to make sure that all of them are aware about his job role and do it without any missing.
- Organize Monthly meeting with the distribution team to discuss our achievements and coming plans
- Respond to all the inquiries that’s I received by Mail or Phone from the re-sellers.
