• Job Details:Conduct regular risk assessments across all the facilities and activities, identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide guidance and support to departmental staff on health and safety matters, including training sessions and workshops. Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Oversee the maintenance and inspection of fire safety equipment, laboratory safety measures, and hazardous materials management. Liaise with relevant authorities and external safety organizations as needed. Develop and maintain a comprehensive health and safety budget. Monitor and report on the company health and safety performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Stay up to date on the latest health and safety legislation and best practices. Promote a strong culture of safety awareness throughout the company.

HSE Senior Specialist & DC

• Job Details:Act as document controller to ensure proper handling, filling and maintenance of all HSE related documents. Act as software controller to create, monitor and record all department events. Determine and direct the functions of the department’s employees and prepare reports and cases of non-conformity. Review safety data sheet (SDS) for all hazardous materials and train personnel for how to handle it, transportation and storage safely. Conduct weekly inspections for production halls, alarm system and fire extinguishers. Create daily work permits, TBT, risk assessments and job hazard analysis for all jobs. Create accident investigation reports. Identify and correct potential hazards and provide advice to control hazards. Provide safety induction for new employees, visitors and daily safety meetings for HSE crew. Responsible for safety material requisition and PPE. Supervise all maintenance operations and lifting and prepare proper lifting plans for every load.
