• Job Details:Identify and evaluate potential manufacturers who can support regulatory documents for regulated markets. Manage relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, driving continuous improvements to get an authorization letter for exclusivity for some products. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs, gather feedback from customers, sales, and support teams, benchmark competitor products. Evaluate vendor capabilities, capacity, quality standards, pricing and establish long-term contracts or strategic partnerships. Act as the main point of contact for communication and coordination to resolve disputes and maintain open channels for feedback.

Senior Sourcing Executive

• Job Details:Implement sustainable sourcing practices, aligning procurement with the company’s environmental and social responsibility goals. Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers, driving continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost. Negotiate long-term agreements with key suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, quality, and on-time delivery. Sourcing compounds like API, impurities, building blocks, fine chemicals, glucuronide, metabolite, chiral, intermediate, pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides.

Assistant Supply Chain Manager

• Job Details:Prepare purchase orders, generate monthly reports, vendor development & contract manufacturing, logistic work follow up with CHA and supply chain process from factory to customer. Create purchasing and distribution strategies in line with wider business goals. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to establish quality, cost and delivery requirements.
