• Job Details:Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments: pure tone audiometry (PTA), auditory brainstem response (ABR) & tone burst ABR, tympanometry, OAEs, speech audiometry. Specialize in cochlear implant care: preoperative counseling, activation, programming (mapping), and follow-up sessions. Troubleshoot sound processor issues and provide basic technical support. Serve as customer care representative for CI patients: provide continuous patient and family guidance post-implantation, address queries regarding device use, maintenance, upgrades, schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments and rehabilitation visits, deliver personalized support via phone and in-person follow-ups, ensuring high patient satisfaction and continuity of care. Assist with hearing aid fittings, usage education, and customer service support.

Audiology Intern

• Job Details:Conducted pure tone audiometry (PTA), auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAEs) for accurate hearing assessments. Gained hands-on experience in earmold impressions and patient interaction in a clinical setting.
