• Job Details:- - Managing the financial statements and ensure compliance with Company and Country process’s, rules, and regulations - Participates in the company’s strategy meetings, to identify the annual company corporate objectives while ensuring the integration and alignment of the financial strategic objectives within the overall company strategic plans. - Coordinates internal and external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes. - Desing effective Financial Modeling and analysis in decision making. - Managing the company budgets. - Preparing financial feasibility studies. - Banking management of facilities, developing good working relationship with bankers to Facilitate and ensure the strategic allocation of the company’s financial resources to support the operation & investment objectives. - Preparation of Financial Analysis Reports. - Liaise with external auditors and ensure completion of annual audit within the timeline. - Reporting financial statements to all statutory bodies, accurately complete and in a timely manner. - - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. - Mentors and supports team members through training and feedback to encourage and develop internal capabilities and ensure that staff are adequately resourced to perform.

• Job Details:- Presentation of Financial Reports. - Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. - Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. - Implement and apply established Financial policies and procedures for the company. - Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts - Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported - Financial statements analysis by using common size analysis. - Oversee day to day activities and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Accounting department. - Prepare and present the responsibility centers and segments performance measurement reports. - Prepare and present profitability analysis for product, business unit, customer profitability analysis.
