Ensure that all workers have reviewed and signed the Pre-Job Hazard Assessment form; once all workers have signed, take the completed form to the consultant for the final signature
As time permits review all Job Safety Analyses, they are located in the doghouse
Ensure there is an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) written and posted in the medical/safety and security trailer
Ensure there is an Emergency Transportation Plan (ETP) written and posted in the assigned well site trailers
Attend safety meetings and take notes
Hold safety meetings as appropriate
Review the on-site binder as time permits
Any reasonable requests from the client or consultant
Other duties as assigned
