•Manage CRM/Billing transformation (TABS –to- Huawei CBS) project:
 Work with end users to define detailed functional and technical requirements for each technology domain as an input to the design and implementation phase’s projects.
 Inspect all deliverables of BSS Transformation Programs and Projects by leading quality assurance team.
 Define and Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables.
 Develop and maintain BSS program and project Plans reflecting major milestones and dependencies as per the transformation road-map within CRM, and Billing.
 Work closely with Working Group/Committee and major stakeholders for day-to-day project management activities.
 Compile & publish all period operational & management reporting at program level.
 Receive, review, challenge, sanitize project level reporting from work stream project leaders.
 Maintain strong follow up on program level escalations, issues, and risks.
 Maintain strong liaison with and support CIT Development as well as end user community during analysis, planning, implementation, and rollout phases.
 Manage roll-out of the new functionality/phases into production with the help of assigned team’s leaders.
 Perform regular quality review over Systems Integrators (SI) deliverables with an objective to ensure scope boundaries, the program manager will review the functional and technical artifacts submitted by the end users and SI.
 Manage program level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository.
