Deputy Director of OperationsFull Time

• Job Details:- Manage the storage process in and out on a daily basis - Deal with suppliers to deliver chemicals. - Conduct and arrange for staff/ worker training to achieve efficiency and improved performance in a cost-effective manner. - Responsible for the oversight and management of delivery terminals and associated facilities of the Terminals. - Ensures safe, efficient, and economical operation and general maintenance of the terminal(s). - Supervises the performance of Terminal Operators and reports to the Terminal manager. - Develop and maintain work schedule for all operators. - Monitor pipeline delivery schedules (work with schedulers) and customers delivery schedules. - Schedule product transfers and receipts from customers. - Monthly tank inspections and regulatory requirements. - Perform terminal operations on an as-needed basis including, but not limited to product receipts, rack maintenance/troubleshooting, tank gauging, product sampling and testing, and general maintenance activities. - Travel extensively within Egypt to study the market’s variables and probable investment opportunities and clients.

QA/QC and HSE ConsultantPart Time

• Job Details:Part time (Consultations): Job Duties (QA/QC) - Upgrading the company system to comply new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (successfully upgraded and successfully recertified against OHSAS 18001). - Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specification. - Assessing customer requirements, ensuring that these are met, setting customer service Standards and specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. - Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety. - Ensuring that all processes comply with standards at both national and international level. - Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures. - Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters. - Determining training needs. - Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. - Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information. - Monitoring performance and initiate any NCR (Non Compliance report), specify corrective and preventive actions and follow up to ensure compliance. - Supervising technical or laboratory staff. - Preparation of Quality documentation for new tenders and projects. - Using Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and integrated management of core business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. Job Duties (HSE) - Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue. - Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects. - Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue. - Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, auditing of the Company HSE Systems, monitors the effective implementation of appropriate safety and environment system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. - Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. - Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work. - Conducts safety audits both internal and external. - Take part in accident / incident investigation. - Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects. - Carries out any in-house safety training and safety audits on Sub-contractors. - Liaises between Clients on safety related issues. - Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs. - Performs Risk Assessment. - Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders. - Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities
