• Ensure responsibility and accountability for developing Paints in the retail market.
• Interact with regional sales and marketing department. Align with and follow up on regional strategies and programs. Develop local strategies, campaigns and product launches.
• Implement, manage and develop key account programs for our key customers.
• Develop, motivate, monitor and follow up all members in the sales team.
• Monitor the dealer market both internally and externally, on product trends, competitors and sales development.
• Develop, implement and follow up on sales activities towards the dealer market, including campaigns, seminars, Paint School and events
• Preparing weekly / monthly / annual Sales Plan
• Follow Sales team
