• Job Details:✓ Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. ✓ Assembling, reviewing and verifying invoices against purchase orders, price offers and inventory and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors and preparing check requests. ✓ Reconciling the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. ✓ Settlement the temporary and permanent petty cash. ✓ Generating reports detailing accounts payables status. ✓ Preparing supplier approvals annually.
